These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Bookify Studio website and any writing, editing, formatting, cover design, self-publishing or marketing services you purchase from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

We provide book writing, editing and proofreading, formatting, cover design, self-publishing support and marketing guidance, as described on our Services page and agreed with you before work begins.

Quotes & Payment

• Quotes are based on the information you provide and may be revised if the project scope changes
• A deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due as agreed in your project plan
• All prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise

Project Timelines

Estimated delivery times are agreed at the start of each project. Timelines may be affected by delays in feedback, revisions or additional requests from your side.

Revisions

Each service includes an agreed number of revision rounds, outlined in your project plan. Revisions beyond this scope may be quoted separately.

Ownership & Rights

Once a project is paid in full, you own the rights to the final manuscript, cover design and related files delivered to you, except for any third-party assets licensed separately.

Confidentiality

We treat all manuscripts, ideas and project details as confidential and will not share or reuse them without your written consent.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has started
• Cancellations made before work begins may be refunded, minus any administrative costs
• Refunds for partially completed work are assessed on a case-by-case basis

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, accurate project information and respond to requests needed to keep your project on schedule.

Limitation of Liability

Bookify Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
